Hello to the folks at Mad City Movers, My family and I would like to say, "Thank you VERY much!" We called you on a Saturday morning and asked if you had a couple of guys and a truck for 2, maybe 3 hours late Saturday afternoon. We had just gone through a very nerve wracking experience purchasing our new home and closed late on Friday. We needed help, we needed it fast, and you were there. On time, under the quoted price, and helpful at every step. From the beginning to the end of our dealings with your company it was professional and just plain nice! Anthony and Lawrence were our movers and they were polite, professional, and extremely hardworking. My husband used to be a mover and these guys are some of the best he's seen or had the pleasure to work with. They took the time to ask what we wanted, what we needed and where we wanted it to go. Anthony even talked my husband out of arguing with me about where to put a couch. That's customer service! Good morning, I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for your part in our move on Monday, August 17th. We could not have asked for a better experience! I believe the two guys who moved our home were Terry and Dave, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were very friendly and extremely fast and efficient. They had our stuff moved and packed into that truck much faster than what we were expecting, and I swear they unloaded in record time. Nothing was damaged and it was obvious that both Terry and Dave were careful with our belongings. It felt more like being moved by friends or family members rather than people who really didn't care about your stuff. This was our first time using a moving company and Terry and Dave did such a fantastic job that if we ever have to move again we'll definitely be calling Mad City...and hopefully those two employees are still around because we'd let Dave and Terry move our stuff any time.
